Hi! My name is Carly Hogan and I teach the class Rock the ACT here at Academic Pointe. Thank you for letting me work with your child.


Rock the ACT is an nine-week course designed to help your child learn the ins and outs of the ACT. Over this two-month period, I instruct content and strategies related to English, math, reading, and science, using a variety of methods including interactive note guides, collaborative learning, and practice examinations.


This set of classes begins on Sunday, January 31 from 4 pm to 6 pm. Each class will be on Sunday and will run from 4 to 6. We will have NO class on Sunday, March 27 but will still have nine sittings of Rock the ACT.

There will be a special two-hour review on Thursday, April 7 from 8 pm to 10 pm. This will be a fitting review for the actual ACT examination, which is April 9.


The fee for Rock the ACT is $350 and includes 20 hours of preparation and instruction, along with note guides and the option for two practice examinations (highly recommended!).
